Key Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:

  • Install, configure, and maintain NCR’s ISS45 v8, ENCOR, and mPOS systems for our clients in the grocery industry.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NCR software issues, including system integrations, database management, and transaction processing.
  • Perform software upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure the security and functionality of NCR systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to customize and optimize NCR software solutions according to client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices for NCR software implementation and support.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and disruptions for our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting NCR software solutions, including ISS45 v8, ENCOR, and mPOS.
  • Proficiency in SQL for database management and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with POS hardware and peripherals, including scanners, printers, and payment terminals.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Shell scripting is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as NCR Certified Sales Consultant (CSC) or NCR Certified Systems Engineer (CSE) are preferred.
